Death will always be a difficult subject to discuss.
What do you say to a loved one who lost his grandfather?
I am drawing a blank here.
“I’m sorry” is never enough to ease the pain he is feeling right now.
All I can offer is the warmth of my arms, hoping I can assure him that I’m always here in this dark time.
How do you comfort a grieving spouse?

A warm embrace is more than enough. Death of a loved one is extremely painful and no words could ever ease the pain. But a warm embrace gives comfort and strength to move on.
I used to have dreams about hubby hinting that he’s leaving me, leaving this world. Telling me to take care of myself and move on and I would wake up crying. I don’t want to experience that in real life.
